While Stephen is an avid tennis player and runner, Stephen's true love is for cycling. He understands the importance of keeping your body in shape to be able to do the things you love because he has taken that journey himself. Having dropped 50 pounds in the last two years, he is dedicated to not only his own healthy lifestyle, but to helping his clients succeed in theirs as well. When he's not training, Stephen can be found doing trail patrol of the W&OD, working with EOTH to support local charities, playing tennis, or working at the Herndon Community Center. He is excited to help residents of all ages who are looking for a positive life change or to take their fitness to the next level.
